Trying to learn what actions most people prefer to use, maybe work them into my skins... I'm guessing roll-up is pretty popular.. any others?

I like the on-top and rollup like everyone said. Also I think it'd be cool if there were 2 or 3 full-sized buttons that you could configure to launch programs you use most (IE, Photoshop, calc, ect).
Also....about smartbuttons? What do they do? Ive never seen a skin that has any....

SmartButtons are rather flawed in their implementation. I'm still holding out hope that one day they'll become useful and allow you to do things normal buttons can't.

I like the normal buttons, plus a roll-up (although I do that with a right click now), an always-on-top button, and a send-to-systray button.

Roll up and always on top.
Used together it helps when I have multipul windows up and I want to quickly switch from one window to another.
Launching programs of my choosing is also a nice feature with win Menu lthough I heard allot of people do not like it.
