Give Win8 users back the ability to change title bar text colors.

With windows 8, MS removed the ability to change your titlebar text color. Enabling this isn't directly related to the start menu, but it fits with the programs goal of getting rid of windows 8 headaches.

The common work around now is basically to hack in old windows 7 .theme files with changed title bar text colors. If you could give users a fix for this it'd be another nice feature that could draw people to the product.

Such abilities sound more in keeping with Stardock's WindowBlinds program.
